Located by the harbor at the end of Pelican Road, it is situated directly by the waterfront and is inside the small harbor with the Westin hotel complex resort. It is very nice, even in the summer. Pinchers offers good, simple food at a reasonable price in a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. It is a great place to meet friends for lunch by the waterfront.

Our tip: You should definitely try the grilled shrimps with a glass of chilled Blue Moon.

The market hall atmosphere of Lobster Lady takes a little getting used to, but the value for money cannot be beaten in Cape Coral. The service is always friendly and attentive. You must try the food. The fish is caught in the morning and can be enjoyed here in the afternoon or evening. You can choose a lobster from several tanks which is then freshly prepared according to your taste.

Our tip: Come on a Sunday for special live music and order the New England lobster pot.

Rumrunners is considered an institution in Cape Coral and is one of the few restaurants where you can eat outside with a great view of the waterfront. The food ranges from good quality American classics to more unusual dishes of outstanding quality. There is something for everyone on the menu, numerous fish dishes, but also steaks and vegetarian dishes. The team is one of the best in the region. Small tip: If you don’t like sauce on you steak, order it “by the side”, otherwise it will be on the meat.

For us, it is a must-visit for anyone staying in Cape Coral.

If you are looking for an authentic restaurant with original decor, you absolutely must stop by here. From the exceptionally attentive service, to the furniture, right down to the amazing burgers, everything here is just right. You need to plan for a short wait in the evening. All in all, the prices are very reasonable, bargains even, considering the quality of the service. It can get noisy, especially in the big dining hall (about 15 tables). But this is part of the great atmosphere.

Our tip: The Buffalo Burger at Ford’s Garage is truly something special.
